How It Works
Custom fund closing awards, from your first brief to the finished pieces.
1. Share the milestone
Tell us about the fund or occasion, recipients, estimated quantity, budget and target arrival date. A short brief is enough; include your logo or reference images if available.
2. Develop and approve the design
We develop the concept and refine it with you, then confirm materials, dimensions, decoration, pricing and production details. Initial design directions are typically prepared within 24–48 hours. Check names, figures, logos and dates before artwork approval.
3. Prototype and review
Every factory production job receives a prototype or production sample as part of Polaris quality control. Client review may be in hand, by photographs or video, or may not be required separately for the project.
4. Produce and deliver
The approved design moves through production, quality control, packaging and shipment. Many projects require approximately 3–4 weeks for prototyping and production after artwork approval. Complex sculptural pieces can take longer; shipping time is additional.
